What is the Bridge Model™ ? The Bridge Model™ is a set of principles that provides information on the behaviors and practices required to bridge the gaps to desired success. It was created to provide individuals with the practical and useful information necessary to achieve career advancement and to develop more rewarding and productive partnerships. Originally, the Bridge Model was designed and utilized inside large and medium organizations to assist internally facing, support departments (i.e., Human Resources, Communications, Finance) in being trusted advisors to their clients. The model expanded over the past few years to include concepts to build bridges for career advancement, coaching relationships, external consulting partnerships and customer relationships. It has consistently proven to assist leaders, employees and teams in implementing practices that help them gain more respect for their expertise and be value-added partners in their organizations. The original and basic Bridge Model™ includes concepts that surround the six following principles:

Although those are the six foundational and original principles, the concepts within each principle are customized based upon the particular area where the Bridge Model™ is utilized. Within each of those six principles are concepts and action plans that are designed to assist individuals with implementing practices required for them to reach their desired goal.
